Refund Policy

Effective date: May 5, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through condoinspectpro.com and erp.condoinspectpro.com.

1. Our commitment

We want you to be satisfied with the Service. If a technical issue prevents us from delivering a working Emergency Response Plan, we will refund your purchase. Outside of those situations, refunds are not available given the digital and on-demand nature of the Service.

2. When refunds are available

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase if any of the following apply:

  • The Service failed to generate a valid PDF or Word file due to a technical fault on our end
  • The download links on the success page do not work and we cannot resolve the issue within 5 business days of you notifying us
  • The Service was unable to extract data from your Fire Safety Plan and we cannot deliver a working Emergency Response Plan after reasonable effort

To request a refund under this section, email support@condoinspectpro.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

3. When refunds are not available

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You have received a working PDF and Word file
  • You changed your mind after receiving the deliverable
  • You uploaded the wrong Fire Safety Plan or entered incorrect information at the interview step
  • You did not understand what the Service produces (the deliverables and limitations are described on the landing page and at checkout)
  • You waited longer than 14 days from purchase to request a refund
  • Your Fire Safety Plan was unreadable due to file corruption or extreme low quality and we have made reasonable effort to recover data

4. Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@condoinspectpro.com from the same email address used at purchase
  2. Include your Stripe order ID or the date and approximate time of purchase
  3. Describe the issue clearly

We will respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend further use of the Service from your email address. We will always work with you to resolve issues directly. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

6. Discount codes

If you used a discount code (such as CIPTRIAL10), refunds will be issued at the discounted amount you actually paid, not the full list price.

7. Modifications to this policy

We may modify this Refund Policy from time to time with at least 30 days notice posted on condoinspectpro.com.
